Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
  • All lighters will be shipped via airmail, so we can not ship lighters filled with butane. When you receive the lighter, please install flint and fill fuel/butane gas before you use it.
  • Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Sometimes products may be SOLD OUT before an order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email for an alternative product or refund/cancellation.
  • All orders are typically packed and shipped within 1~2 business days. Your credit card will be debited on the day we ship your order. Shipping confirmations are sent via email.
  • Items may be shipped from New York, Canada or Hong Kong. You are responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your customs before your purchase.
  • If a package is returned/unreceived due to wrong address, you are responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If a package is lost due to postal service, we will arrange a reshipment after 8 weeks. Or we will refund the amount you have paid minus the shipping fee.
  • Express Shipping options are not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Sometimes, the package may be held at Customs and the recipient may be requested to contact the customs. We cannot contact the customs on behalf of the recipient.
  • One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
  • Flat Shipping (if applicable) is via Standard Postal Service.
  • Free Shipping (if applicable) is via Standard Postal Service. Coupon code is required. If you request to change your ordered items or quantities after you have checked out, we reserve the right to withdraw the free shipping offer if your new adjusted order does not qualify or meet the coupon conditions.

Returns Policy

For items arrived faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 35 days of delivery, we will either refund or dispatch new items as soon as possible after the faulty items have been returned. The refund is only applicable to the price of the item and not applicable to the shipping fee. Faulty items must be returned in original condition and buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. A 30% restocking fee may be applied for all returns and exchanges at our decision. Please take note of the following:

  • Please get a RMA number BEFORE sending out any returns and exchanges. Items without RMA number will NOT be accepted.
  • Write the RMA number on the front of the package. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging. For faster service, please include a copy of your packing slip.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and insurance of all returns and exchanges. These fees are not refundable.
  • It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.
  • Please do NOT use UPS GROUND, we will refuse any packages send back via UPS GROUND.
  • Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges.
  • We reserves right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.
How to Get a RMA number
  1. Login to your account.
  2. View the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu.
  3. Click the 'Return Item(s)' button.
  4. We'll notify you via e-mail ackowledging your request.   If we agree to accept the return product we will issue you a returns merchandise authority (RMA) number.  You must include this number when returning the product so that our warehouse staff will accept delivery.

Cancel Order

An order cannot be cancelled after we have shipped it out. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable, even if buyer refuses to accept the package.
